What it’s for

The Calendar brings together calendars, appointments, the public page, reminders, and integrations. It appears in the menu as Calendar and opens at /calendar. Each calendar has its own availability, its own booking link rules, and its own people who take appointments. Use one per person, room, or service.

Who can do it

Anyone with access to the screen sees the calendar and creates appointments. Calendars are created and configured by the Owner or an Admin of the organization. It appears if the agency has enabled the Calendar module for the organization. It is split into submodules, and the agency turns each one on or off. If a submodule is off, the matching feature does not appear.

Where to click

Open Calendar in the menu. At the top are the tabs Agenda (where you see and book times) and Settings (calendars, availability, link, and Google Calendar). Two tabs only appear for the Owner and Admin, when the agency has enabled the module: Packages (session packages: sell several sessions of a service at once) and Records (care record templates). The screen also has the buttons Offer, New appointment, and New calendar. The views are Day, Week, Month, and List.

Google Calendar

In Settings, the Connect Google Calendar button links your Google account. Once connected, you can send appointments to Google and block, in the links, the times that are busy there. Events that came from Google appear as read-only. To change one, edit it in Google Calendar itself.

Video call

When scheduling, you can use Add STMeet video call. The link is created when you schedule and goes in the Google invite and in the WhatsApp confirmation.

Public page

The customer books through the calendar’s public link. If the agency uses its own domain, the page also opens on it. See White label.
