What it is for

Marketing brings together what brings new customers to your service: forms, links that count clicks, the bio links page, the team’s files and the referral program. The opening screen shows, in one place, where each contact came from.

Who can do it

Anyone with access to the screen sees Marketing. The Operator can only view: creating a form or link is for anyone who is not an Operator, and sales by source appear only for the Owner and Admin.
Each tab can sit behind a submodule. If a tab does not appear in your menu, the agency has not enabled that submodule for your organization. Talk to the agency.

Where to click

In the side menu, click Marketing. The tabs are at the top (the ones that do not fit go under More):

Step by step

1

Open the Overview

Click Marketing. You land on Overview, titled “Where your customers come from”.
2

Choose the period

Use the Period field to change the number of days analyzed.
3

Read the sources table

Each row shows the source (a form or a link), the leads, the sales and the revenue. A sale here is a won deal in the Kanban.
4

Follow what the screen suggests

Under What to do now, the screen tells you, for example, that a form received no responses or that an active link had no clicks.

What happens next

Every contact that comes in through a form or a trackable link is recorded with its source. The more sources you create, the more complete the table gets. Contacts from before collection started appear with no source recorded.

Common errors

  • I do not see a tab: its submodule was not enabled for the organization.
  • “No sources yet. Create a form or a tracked link.”: there is no form or link with contacts yet.
  • “No leads between … and …”: your sources are active, but no one came in during the period. Use See last 90 days.
  • “Couldn’t read the capture data.”: try again in a moment.
