What it is for

  • Short link: an address like /l/name with a QR code that takes people to the destination and counts every click. You can change the destination later without changing the QR code you already printed.
  • Link in bio: a page at /b/name with buttons (WhatsApp, booking, form, and social network links such as Instagram or TikTok; these are only links, not Inbox channels). Use it for your social media bio and for cards.

Who can do it

Short link: everyone can see them; anyone who is not an Operator creates and edits; only the Owner and Admin delete. Link in bio: only the Owner, Admin and Supervisor can change it. Everyone else sees it without controls (“Only Owner, Admin and Supervisor can change Link in bio”). It appears if the agency has enabled the Tracked links submodule (short links) or the Link in bio submodule (the bio page).

What happens next

Every click is counted and goes into the analytics (by day, source, device and browser). The Link in bio button shows the clicks from the last 30 days. Changes to the bio are saved automatically. Links show up as a source in the Marketing Overview.
Changing a link’s short address breaks the QR code you already printed. When you edit, keep the option to redirect the old address checked.
