What it is for
Each person in the organization has a role. The role decides what the person sees and what they can change. In Settings, the line at the top shows yours: “organization · your role: Owner” (or Administrator, Supervisor, Operator).Who can use it
The Owner and Admin change roles, and only when the agency has enabled team management. Without that, the Members screen says the agency manages the team and offers Talk to the agency. See also Users and roles, on the agency side.Where to click
Settings › Organization › Members lists the people and roles. Settings › Organization › Access control and wallets sets which numbers each person sees.Step by step
What the screen says about each role:1
Invite or change a role
In Members, click Invite person, type the Email, choose the Role and click Send invite. The invite is valid for 7 days. For someone who already has a login, only a notice arrives, with no link. To change a role, open the person’s menu (Actions for and the name), click Change role, choose and click Save role.
2
Make another person Owner
Only the Owner sees Make Owner. The system sends a 6-digit code to your email, valid for 10 minutes. Type the code and confirm. The person gets the same powers as you, and you remain Owner. To step down, use Stop being Owner: you become Administrator. If you are the only Owner, the screen asks you to make another person Owner first.
3
Limit what each person sees
In Access control and wallets, choose the numbers each person sees and the portfolio (only their own customers or everyone’s). With the control off, everyone sees as before. In Members, the label shows Full access (sees everything released for the role) or Assigned only (only where they are owner, assignee or follower).
What happens next
- The role takes effect immediately for the menus and for Settings. A tab the role cannot open disappears from the panel; someone who arrives through a link gets “You don’t have access to this area”.
- A module that is turned off or hidden for the role appears as “No access to this module” or “Module not enabled for this organization”. It appears if the agency enabled the module for the organization.
- To remove someone, use Remove from the organization in the person’s menu.
