What it’s for

The form collects data from people who are not your contacts yet (name, WhatsApp, interest). Each response creates or updates a contact. You share a public link at the /f/ address of your domain.

Who can do it

Owner, Admin, and Supervisor create and publish. The Operator can open the editor and the preview, but the Publish button doesn’t appear for them. Only Owner and Admin delete.

Where to click

Marketing › Forms. The list shows each form with its status (Draft, Published, or Archived), responses, and conversion. Use the All, Published, Drafts, and Archived filters.

Step by step

1

Create the form

Click New form. Choose a template from the Template library (or a blank one), give it a name, and click Use this template.
2

Add the fields

On the Build tab, click a type in the Fields column: text, email, phone, choice, date, stars, NPS, file, consent, and others. On each field, edit the Question and check Required if needed.
3

Link to the contact

In Link to contact (automatic lead), choose whether the field is name, phone, or email. That way the response creates the contact.
4

Adjust rules and appearance

In Logic, create a New rule to skip, show, hide, or require fields. In Theme, choose colors, font, logo, and images.
5

Preview it

Click Preview. The preview opens in another tab, in Classic or Conversational mode, and submitting is disabled on the draft.
6

Publish

Click Publish. “Version … published!” appears with the Copy link button.
7

Share it

On the Share tab, copy the public link, download the QR Code with Download PNG, or copy the string to use in messages and Flows.

What happens next

The /f/... link always delivers the latest published version. Changes to the draft only take effect after you publish again. Responses appear on the Results tab, with the Export CSV option. In Share, you can also set what happens After submit (thank-you text, redirect) and a Response webhook, which receives each response. To pause without unpublishing, turn off Accept new responses. To put the form on another site, turn on Allow embedding on sites and list the allowed addresses.
Deleting a form deletes its responses and makes the public link stop working.

Common errors

  • “Add at least one field before publishing.”
  • “Enter the privacy link on the Consent field before publishing.”
  • “Couldn’t publish.” / “Couldn’t save the draft.”
  • “Form not found”: the link may be wrong or the form was unpublished.
  • “This form isn’t accepting new responses.”
  • The Payment block needs Stripe connected and the Payments module. Without them, the form publishes without charging.
