What it is for
With white label, the app, sign-in, emails, statements and PDF reports, and the sales page show the agency’s brand in place of the STChat brand. Organizations use this brand.Who can do it
Only the agency Owner and Admin change the brand and the domain. Everyone else sees the screens with locked fields and no save bar.Where to click
In the Brand and account menu: Brand (/white-label) and Domain and e-mails (/dominio).
Step by step
Brand
1
Name and logos
Under Brand name, use 2 to 80 characters. Upload Logo – light background and, if you like, Logo – dark background (PNG, WebP, or JPEG, up to 512 KB, with a transparent background). Upload the Tab icon, which is square: a PNG from 64 to 1024 px (512 px is recommended) or an ICO, up to 512 KB. Without a logo, the client sees the brand name as text.
2
Colors
Choose the four colors: Primary (buttons, links, and highlights), Accent (badges and active items), Sidebar, and Top bar. Use the
#RRGGBB format. If a color has low contrast, a warning appears.3
App surfaces
Under Edit surfaces, adjust the 7 colors for backgrounds, cards, messages, and borders, in light and dark. Save with Save colors. Restore default goes back to the STChat default.
4
Contact
Fill in the Support e-mail. It appears on sign-in, in the Help menu, and in the footer of emails and documents.
5
Check and save
The preview has the App, Sign-in, Email, and Document tabs, in light and dark. Nothing goes to clients before Save changes.
Own domain
1
Enter the address
Under Domain and e-mails, click Use my domain. Use a subdomain, like
app.youragency.com. The main domain is not accepted.2
Create the DNS records
At your DNS provider, create the two records shown, a CNAME and a TXT. It can take up to 24 hours to apply.
3
Verify
Click I created them, verify. STChat tries again every 5 minutes for 24 hours, and you can close the page. If something is wrong, the screen says which record to fix.
4
Certificate
With DNS correct, the HTTPS certificate is issued and renews on its own. When you see “Domain ready”, click Done.
What happens next
Clients start seeing your brand. The domain applies to the app of all organizations, to forms, pages, and scheduling, and sign-in emails go out with the agency’s brand. Until DNS is verified, clients use the default address. Each agency has one domain. When you use Remove domain, everything goes back to the default address. Anyone signed in must sign in again, and links already sent with the old domain stop working.Common errors
