Every agency needs a plan to use the portal. This page gathers the dates and what changes for the agency and its clients.

Important dates

The Supporter Plan terms continue to apply as written in the Supporter Plan Terms and Conditions. If there is any difference, the text of the terms prevails.

What the lock does

  • An agency without a plan loses access to the agency screens in the portal and gets an e-mail asking it to subscribe to a plan.
  • The notice shows how to contact support.
  • For now, the agency’s clients keep being served as normal. The lock applies to the agency dashboard, not to the subaccounts’ app.
  • The lock applies per agency. Anyone who is an Admin or operator of an agency with a plan that is up to date keeps access to it.

What unlocks the agency

Any plan that is up to date unlocks access, whether it is the Supporter Plan or the Conventional Plan. When you subscribe, the agency dashboard opens again.

Anyone who ended the Supporter Plan

An agency that ended the Supporter Plan can subscribe to the Conventional Plan. This unlocks the dashboard, but it does not bring back the Supporter conditions, such as the launch campaign price. See the enrollment and re-subscription section in Supporter Plan.

Instances the agency already had

The lock does not remove the agency’s lifetime instances.

Subaccounts without a plan

A subaccount without a plan is a normal state when the agency bills the client outside STChat. It is not charged, notified, or suspended because of this. See Subaccount billing.
