What it is for

Each organization’s features are modules. The agency turns each one on or off per organization. A module that is turned off disappears from the client’s menu.

Who can do it

Only the agency Owner and Admin turn modules on and off. Everyone else can view the screen but not change it.

Where to click

In the Sell menu, open Templates and modules (/modulos) and stay on the Modules tab. You see a table with the organizations and the modules. For a single client, open the organization and go to its Modules tab.

Step by step

For one organization

1

Find the module

On the client’s Modules tab, each module has a switch. Look for an organization with “Find an organization”.
2

Turn it on or off

Flip the switch. A window shows “What changes”. When you turn it off: the module leaves the organization’s menu, nothing new starts, and nothing is deleted. Confirm with Turn off or Turn on.

For many organizations

1

Open Turn on in many

In Templates and modules, use Turn on in many (/modulos/aplicar).
2

Choose what to do

Under “What to do”, choose Turn on or Turn off, one module at a time.
3

Select the organizations

Under “In which organizations”, select the organizations. See “Review” and “What changes for them”.
4

Apply

Click Apply. It is recorded in the history, one line per organization.

What happens next

It takes effect right away for all users of the organization. Anyone who opens a module that is turned off sees “Module not available · Managed by the agency”. Nothing is deleted: the data is kept. Billing changes on the next statement.

Marketing, Calendar, and AI have submodules

Marketing, Calendar, and AI are main modules with submodules. Turning off the main module also turns off its submodules. When you turn it back on, only the main module comes back: the submodules stay off until you turn each one on by hand, and the main module must be on first. The dialog on the screen warns you before you confirm (“When turned on again, only the module returns: the items below stay off until you turn each one on”).

The “Module off” badge

In Instances, an instance whose channel has its module turned off in the organization stays in the list, with the Module off badge. The screen explains: “This channel’s module is off for the organization: conversations continue, but it can’t be connected or reconnected.” To connect again, turn on the channel’s module. Some modules depend on another one. The screen warns “needs another module on” and shows Turns on together or Turns off together. Modules that the platform has not released yet appear as “Not released” and cannot be turned on. To see who changed what, use Change history (/modulos/historico). There are filters by type (Turned on, Turned off, Platform), organization, module, and period, plus the Export button. The same changes are kept in the Audit log.

Common errors

  • “Module is not available yet.”
  • “Module needs another module on.”
