# Revenue: overview

> See how much came in this month, how much is still coming, recurring revenue and when the money reaches your account.

## What it is for

The **Overview** in **Payments** shows the month so far: how much came in, how much is left after fees, how much is still to be received and when the money arrives at the bank. It helps you keep an eye on sales health without opening each charge.

## Who can do it

* **Owner and Admin** see the screen.
* For anyone without access, the screen shows "You don't have permission to see this screen".

It requires Payments: it appears if the agency has enabled the Payments module for the organization. The Revenue module is not a separate screen: it only takes this screen offline if the agency turns it off on purpose. When it is turned off, "Module not enabled for this organization." appears.

## Where to click

Open **Payments** in the menu and click **Overview** in the screen's side menu.

## Step by step

**1. Connect Stripe**

Without Stripe connected, the screen shows "Connect your company's Stripe". See [Payments](https://docs.stchat.app/en/subcontas/pagamentos-da-subconta.md).

**2. Read the month so far**

See **Gross**, Stripe's fees (as a % of gross), **Refunds** and the net, "what the company keeps". Click the numbers to see the transactions.

**3. Check recurring revenue and what is still to come**

**MRR** is how much comes in every month from active subscriptions. **Receivable** shows open invoices and how many are overdue.

**4. See when it reaches your account**

**Payout forecast** shows Stripe's scheduled payouts for the next 30 days. The **SETTLES IN** column gives the timing.

**5. Compare payment methods**

**By payment method** shows the month's average fee for Pix, boleto and card.

The **Charges** list has four cards: **Received this month**, **Receivable**, **Active recurring** and **Overdue**. The filters are by status (**Open**, **Paid**, **Overdue**…) and **No invoice**. Use **Charge** to create a new one.

## What happens next

* The numbers update as payments are confirmed in the company's Stripe.
* Dates and times appear in your browser's time zone (the "Times in your time zone" badge confirms it).
* When someone owes money, **Receivable** shows who it is and lets you charge them.

## Common errors

* **"Stripe not connected"** Connect the company's account.
* **"Verification pending"** Stripe is still verifying the account.
* **"Access revoked"** Connect Stripe again; new charges are paused.
* **"No payouts scheduled in the next 30 days."** The forecast only appears when Stripe provides the schedule.
* **"Couldn't load."** Click **Try again**.
