# List dialer and voice campaigns

> Call a list of contacts, use automatic redial, and send a recorded audio per call.

## What it is for

To call many contacts in sequence, without typing them one by one. There are two ways: **Dial a list** (a team member answers each one) and **Voice broadcast** (plays a recorded audio and hangs up).

## Who can use it

**Dial a list** appears for people with permission to create dials and who use a number with Voicer active. **Voice broadcast** is for the **Owner and Admins** only. **Redial** is set up by the Owner and Admins; Supervisors and Operators only see the values.

It appears if the agency enabled the Voice module for the organization.

## Where to click

* **Call Center › Now › Dial a list**.
* **Call Center › Numbers and Voicer › Open** (on the number) and the **List dialing** and **Voice broadcast** tabs.
* **Call Center › Numbers and Voicer › Redial**.

## Step by step

### Dial a list

**1. Choose who to call**

Under **Who to call**, use **Segment**, **Contacts**, or **CSV file**. Contacts without a phone and numbers on the blocklist are left out, and the system shows the count.

**2. Adjust the pace**

Set **Let it ring for** and **Pause between calls**. The **Call the next one automatically** switch lets Voicer call the next one after the pause; when off, you confirm each call.

**3. Start**

Click **Start dialing**. When someone answers, the list pauses and the call opens in **Now**. When you save the result, the list continues. Incoming calls take priority.

While dialing, use **Pause the list**, **Resume the list**, or **End the list**. At the end, **Redial** calls again the people who didn't answer.

### Voice broadcast

On the number's **Voice broadcast** tab, follow the three steps **Who**, **Audio**, and **Rhythm**. Choose the audience (**Segment** or **CSV file**), upload the **Audio to play**, set **Interval between calls**, **At the same time** (how many channels), and **Let it ring for**, and click **Start voice broadcast**. You can leave the screen: the campaign keeps running. The voice broadcast is not recorded.

### Automatic redial

Under **Redial**, turn on **Redial when the call doesn't connect or isn't answered**. A technical failure calls again right away; a call that rang with no answer is repeated 2 more times. The person calling sees the count and can use **Cancel redial**. It comes turned off and applies to the whole organization.

## What happens next

Each attempt is kept in the call log, in **History**, with the reason. The **Call connection** report shows on which attempt people answered. Voice campaigns appear in **Campaigns**, with **Running**, **Completed**, or **Canceled**.

## Common errors

* **"The list has N numbers and the limit is M per list."** Reduce the list.
* **"All numbers are on the block list."**
* **"Enter the numbers or choose a segment."**
* **"Choose the audio file."**
* **"The list paused: minutes have run out."** The minutes are set by the agency's plan. Resume when there is balance, or end the list.
* **"Voice broadcast is not enabled on this server yet."**
