# Embed Conversas in another system

> Create embed links to use Conversas inside another system, with a PIN for each person.

## What it's for

The **Embed (iframe)** tab lets you use Conversas inside another system (or your own portal). Each person signs in with their own PIN and sees only what is theirs.

## Who can do it

Only Owner and Admin. For the other roles, the tab does not even appear.

## Where to click

**Settings › Organization › Embed**.

## Step by step

**1. Start**

Click **Create embed link**. The wizard has 3 steps: Name, People and PINs, Review.

**2. Name**

Fill in the **Link name** and, if you use GHL, the **Item name in GHL** (the same as the Custom Menu Link). Tick **Hide GHL's native Conversations** if you like. Click **Continue**.

**3. People and PINs**

Tick the people. Each one gets a PIN of 4 to 8 digits, which you can change. Click **Continue**, check it, and click **Create link**.

**4. Copy it now**

Use **Copy** on the address. In GHL, paste the **GHL code** into Custom Code / Custom JS.

## What happens next

Each link appears under **Active links**. For security, the address only shows at creation: if you lost it, revoke it and create another. For each link, you can **Edit**, **GHL code**, **Add user**, **Generate new PIN**, or **Remove from this link**. **Revoke** removes access right away and cannot be undone. If you change the item name in GHL, copy the code again and paste it over the previous one.

## Common errors

* **Failed to create the embed link**
* **Failed to update the link** / **Failed to revoke**
* **Failed to reset PIN** / **Failed to add user** / **Failed to remove user**
* **Couldn't load the links. Try again.**
