The Supporter Plan is one of the two agency plans on STChat. You subscribe to it in the portal, at portal.stchat.app. > [!NOTE] > > This summary does not replace the terms. The rules apply as written in the [Supporter Plan Terms and Conditions](https://stchat.app/politicas/plano-apoiador/), version 1, in effect since October 17, 2026. If there is any difference, the text of the terms prevails. ## What the plan includes * Starting price of R\$ 1.000,00 per month, billed on a recurring basis. The subscription screen shows the payment methods offered. According to the terms, the price is not adjusted while the subscription is active and up to date. * 5 included instances. * Use by the agency's users, teams, and subaccounts with no predetermined numeric limit, always subject to the Fair Use Policy set out in the terms. * No trial period. ## Subscribe to the plan **1. Open the plan selection** After you confirm the sign-up e-mail, the portal shows the plan selection screen. **2. Select the Supporter Plan** Check the price and the included instances and continue to payment. **3. Complete the payment** Payment is made on a secure checkout page. When it is done, the agency portal is unlocked. The Supporter Plan is on sale until December 31, 2026. While the subscription is active, the plan cannot be switched for another one. Anyone who ended the Supporter Plan can subscribe to the Conventional Plan. When you get close to or go over this threshold, STChat may send a notice, ask for an adjustment, or apply proportional technical measures. Read clause 3.3 of the terms for the full text. ## Cancellation According to the terms, the agency can cancel the subscription at any time, with no penalty, through the channels provided. Canceling prevents new charges after the monthly period already paid, and access continues until the end of that period. ## Late payment If payment is not made by the due date, the terms provide that STChat may grant up to 15 days, counted from the due date, to settle. After that period, access to the plan may be suspended, without prejudice to collecting the overdue amounts. ## Right of withdrawal The agency has 7 days to withdraw from the subscription. How the refund is made is not described here. For this point, contact STChat through the support channels. ## Agencies that already used STChat Agencies that existed before the Supporter Plan have until November 20, 2026 to subscribe to a plan. After that date, an agency without a plan has its dashboard locked until it subscribes, and for now its clients keep being served. See [Deadline to subscribe to a plan and lock](https://docs.stchat.app/en/agencias/prazo-e-bloqueio.md). ## Enrollment and re-subscription The terms address enrollment and the end of the plan on these points: * **New enrollments (clause 5.5.1):** the plan accepts new enrollments only until the launch campaign ends. The Supporter Plan is on sale until December 31, 2026. After that, STChat may close new enrollments and does not need to keep the plan under the same conditions. * **Campaign price (clause 5.5):** the price of R\$ 1.000,00 is a special condition of the launch campaign and is not adjusted while the subscription is active and up to date. * **Canceling, stopping payments, or losing supporter status (clause 5.5.2):** anyone in any of these situations has no right to re-subscribe to the plan, nor to the promotional price or the original conditions. * **End of the paid period (clause 7.3):** at the end of the paid period, whether by cancellation, late payment, or termination, the agency loses access to the plan and to the exclusive benefits, including the promotional price and the differentiated commercial conditions. * **Another plan later (clause 7.4):** the termination removes supporter status. The agency can subscribe to the Conventional Plan, and any plan that is up to date keeps the dashboard unlocked, but subscribing to another plan in the future does not restore the Supporter Plan benefits, the promotional price, or the launch campaign conditions. * **Termination by STChat (clause 7.5):** STChat may end the plan for a legitimate reason, such as breach of the terms, misuse, fraud, a security risk, or the end of the offer, with the applicable notice and preserving the rights over amounts already paid. * **Transfer (clause 4.2):** the plan cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with another agency without STChat's authorization. Read the full text in the [Supporter Plan Terms and Conditions](https://stchat.app/politicas/plano-apoiador/). ## Follow the plan in the portal The **Supporter** page in the portal shows the monthly price, the included instances, and the receipts. The **Billing** page gathers the charge history and lets you change the card. ## Instances beyond the 5 included Full step by step in [How to buy instances](https://docs.stchat.app/en/agencias/comprar-instancias.md). Under **Buy instances**, you buy instance packs beyond those included in the plan. The packs and the catalog prices appear on the screen itself. * The charge goes together with the Supporter invoice, on the card on file. * Buying requires the Supporter Plan to be up to date and a card on file. If the invoice is overdue, the portal asks you to settle it first. * Checkout opens in a Stripe tab, and the instances appear in Instances when the payment is confirmed. * In each instance, the client connects the channel enabled for them. Meta's fees for official WhatsApp are charged separately. * You can cancel a pack at the end of the paid period. Each extra instance is assigned to an organization like any other.
