# Client orders

> Approve or decline the requests for minutes, add-ons, and limits that clients make to the agency.

## What it is for

Clients ask you for more Call Center minutes, an add-on, or a higher limit. On the **Client orders** screen you decide. When you approve, the item is released right away, the cost goes on your STChat invoice, and the price goes on the client's statement.

## Who can do it

Anyone with access to the screen decides the orders. In View as mode, the price is locked.

## Where to click

In the portal, open **Client orders** (`/pedidos`).

## Step by step

**1. See the orders**

The views are **Waiting**, **Approved**, and **Declined**, with the count for each.

**2. Open an order**

Under **Waiting for you**, read who asked and for what. The screen shows **Your STChat cost**, the **Price for** the client, and **Your margin**.

**3. Adjust the price, if you want**

You can change the price before approving. It goes on the client's next statement. If it ends up below the cost, you pay the difference.

**4. Decide**

Click **Approve and release**, or **Reject**. When you reject, write the reason (optional); the client gets a notice.

## What happens next

After you approve, the screen shows "Released to (client)" with the price that goes on the next statement. The order moves to **Recently approved**, with the approval date.

## Common errors

* "Could not load the orders." Use **Try again**.
* "Could not complete. Try again."
* "No orders waiting": when a client makes a request, the order shows up here.
