# Agency billing and card

> See this month's invoice, previous invoices and change the agency plan's card.

## What it is for

The **Billing** screen shows what the agency pays STChat: the plan and the extras. Here you see this month's invoice, download previous ones and change the card.

## Who can do it

The Owner sees the card and changes the payment method. For the other roles, this appears: "Only the Owner sees the card and changes the payment method." The Admin sees the invoice.

## Where to click

In the portal, open **Billing** (address `/faturamento`).

## What the screen shows

* **Your invoice for** (month): the total so far and the date it closes.
* **Active organizations**, **Instances in use** and **Approved requests**.
* The **Invoice** section for the month, with the table **Item**, **Qty.** and **Value**, and the **Total so far**.
* **Previous invoices**, with month, amount and status: Open, Paid, Overdue or Voided.
* **Payment method**, with the card on file.
* On the side, **Buy from STChat** and **Next charge** (date, expected amount and card).

## Step by step: change the card

**1. Open Payment method**

In the **Payment method** section, see the current card.

**2. Click Change**

With no card, the button is **Add card**. You go to a secure payment page.

**3. Save the new card**

Go back to the portal. The new card applies to the next charges.

## Step by step: download a previous invoice

**1. Go to Previous invoices**

Find the month in the list.

**2. Download the PDF**

Click the download icon next to the status (**Download PDF**).

## What happens next

The charge goes to the card on file on the **Next charge** date. To buy more instances, use **Buy** under **Buy from STChat**; see [Buy instances](https://docs.stchat.app/en/agencias/comprar-instancias.md). Dates appear in your browser's time zone.

## Common errors

* "(Month) invoice is overdue. Update the card so the portal is not suspended." Click **Change card**.
* "Could not load billing." Use **Try again**.
* "Billing not available yet."
* "no card on file": add a card under **Payment method**.
