# Agency extras

> Buy instance packs and STChat add-ons to resell to clients, and see what you already bought.

## What it is for

The **Buy instances and add-ons** screen gathers what the agency buys from STChat at the catalog price to resell to clients with its own margin: instance packs and add-ons.

## Who can do it

Only the Owner buys. Add-ons require an active Supporter Plan and a card on file: "Add-ons only with an active Supporter Plan and a card on file."

## Where to click

In the portal, open `/portal/extras`, or click **Buy from STChat** in **Billing**.

## Step by step

**1. Check your usage**

The top says how many instances you use, how many are included and how many come from packs.

**2. Choose an instance pack**

Under **Instance packs**, use **One more** and **One less**. For the purchase steps, see [Buy instances](https://docs.stchat.app/en/agencias/comprar-instancias.md).

**3. Choose add-ons**

Under **Add-ons**, choose the item and the **Client organization** (**Pick the organization**). Prices are the catalog ones. Some apply per client, per month; others are one-off and credit the client's wallet.

**4. Pay**

Check the **Summary** and click **Pay**. You pay on the secure payment page, one pack at a time.

## What happens next

A completed purchase shows: "Purchase done. The instances show up in a few seconds." Under **What you already bought**, you can use **Cancel at period end** (instance pack) or **Remove** (add-on). A canceled pack ends at the end of the paid period.

## Common errors

* "Fix the Supporter Plan payment to buy extras."
* "Add a card in Supporter Plan › Change payment method."
* "The card was declined. Change the payment method and try again."
* "Only active Supporter Plan agencies can buy extras."
* "Check the chosen items (organization and quantities)."
* "Add-ons are not available yet."
* "Buying extras unavailable right now."
