# Client usage

> See what each organization used in the month, who is close to the limit, and download the report as CSV or PDF.

## What it is for

The **Usage** screen shows what each organization used in the month, with those closest to the limit first. It is for warning the client before they go over the plan and for offering a package.

## Who can do it

Anyone with agency access in the portal sees the screen. The **Offer package** button does not appear in View as.

## Where to click

In the portal, open **Usage** (`/consumo`). The screen has two tabs: **By client** and **Usage packages**.

## Step by step

**1. Choose the month**

Use **Previous month** and **Next month**. The cards at the top add up **Near the limit**, **Users**, **Connections** and **Voice minutes**.

**2. See who is close to the limit**

Click **Near the limit** to filter. "Near the limit" means above 80% on any item.

**3. Open an organization**

Click the row. The side panel shows the month's meters.

**4. Offer a package**

In the side panel, click **Offer package** to send the offer to the client.

**5. Download the report**

Use **Download CSV** or **Download PDF**.

## The Usage packages tab

It shows the packages the client buys by Pix, and the money lands in your Stripe. On the **Usage** screen, the side panel lists the **Best-selling packages**. Above the limit, the plan's overage applies, and the client can also buy a package by Pix.

## What happens next

A client who buys a package gets credits. The wholesale cost only enters your invoice when they use more than the quota. The data changes with the month you choose.

## Common errors

* "Could not load client usage." Use **Try again**.
* "Usage per client not available yet."
* "The monthly PDF is not available yet. Use the CSV for now."
* "Could not download the file. Try again."
* "Usage packages not enabled yet": Pix packages have not been enabled for the agency yet.
* "No organizations to show": usage appears once there are organizations with a plan.
